Which is the officially supported forum?

Thecus staff, where is the best place to post when looking for support, here or at the Thecus User Group board?

I believe this is the official support forum. The User Group is exactly that, a forum for users to exchange information between each other. I haven't (knowingly) seen any Thecus employees on the user group.

Personally i would like everything here as I'm here anyway and the forum software is muc better

Watch it though, mods don't like pointless posts just to get round the pre set limits.

if you break the URL by missing the HTTP off it thats fine.

Just so you know for the future (and for anyone else that might be reading the thread), if you post broken URLs for things like this, someone like myself will often come along and change them into actual links
