I'd been having problems with my Thecus n2100 so I emailed Thecus tech support. Had a prompt reply suggesting a few things but to cut a long story short it turned out that the firmware was corrupt so I would have to RMA it to the company I'd bought it from. But Evesham doesn't exist in it's original state any anymore so couldn't do that. As there were no other distributers in the UK who could handle it Thecus suggested that I send to Germany. So I did and a few weeks on I've got it back in full working order. Top service! And the twist? Because I'd been using Thecus firmware (I'd bought it 2nd hand) I had forgotten it was an Evesham mBox. Yet Thecus still sorted it out for me So I reiterate - top service people! Give yourselves a well earned pat on the back
