    Thecus N3200 and Squeezebox

I currently have a 3200 and am looking for a network media player - I understand there are tons of protocols etc....does anyone know if the n3200 will work with a squeezebox?

    Re: Thecus N3200 and Squeezebox

For a SqueezeBox to work you will need SlimServer (Also called SqueezeCenter 7 in the next version).

At the moment there isn't an install module for it listed on the Thecus Wiki (N3200 Resources - Thecus Wiki). But have a look on the user forums there might be someone that can help there. I don't know how much of a comunity has built up round the N3200. There is a lot for the N5200, but that is a completely different platform.

    Funkstar

Thanks for that - I have seen one module converted from the N2100 for the N3200 - so I am hoping someone will do the same for N2100 slim server model.

It's a great NAS drive but the lack of Slimserver support is my only bugbear.
