Very Slow Speeds 4100+ please help

Hello i have a 4100+ with 4 750gb Seagate drives upgraded to 512mb ram on the 4100+ also. These are in raid 5 at 2mb blocks. setting up the raid took 2 or 3 days. and copying files over is very very slow. i get no more then 3.75mb/s from my vista box. I have put the jumbo on to 7000 and nothing really changed. is there something else i can try? I cant understand why its so slow. can some one please help me. thanks for the help.

Dear Sir,

1. Upgrade N4100 memory won't increase system performance, and would make system instable.
2. After test the stripe size 64KB is most efficiency size, thus why system perset 64KB.
3. During creating RAID, we could log out WEB page to increase speed.
4. If transmitting small size files slower than single huge file.
5. Jumbo frame need all of network device supported included with NETWORK CARD and HUB and huge single file.
6. 100 pcs 1MB file would slower than 1 single 100MB file.
