    N5200series - upgrade of firmware

    Hi all,

Any idea anyone can confirm whether there will not be any 'side effects' when doing the firmware upgrade? example the RAID configuration, folders structure & the data will not be re-format and will still be the same etc. Anyone can verify this? Thank you

Re: N5200series - upgrade of firmware

I#ve done now some FW upgrades with my N5200 and never have lost any data or configuration - oh well, one time I had to redo all user and ACL definitions.
So, usually it works without any problem, but some users had lost their raid after upgrade, but thecus support was able to restore it with all data (at least the cases I know)
