thecus 5200 stuck on reboot

Does someone have an idea to solve the following problem?

- System keeps on rebooting, the Firmware ist 1.000.3
- I already tried to boot without the harddisks, same problem
- A hardware reset does not work (pressing reset for 10 secs.) the other way over the configuration menu in the LCD Display is not possible as i cannot enter.

Has anyone got an idea? It's quite urgent as we use the system as a file server in our firm.

You mean it keeps rebooting and rebooting or just freeze on reboot?

Dear Sir,

According to this N5200 version is 1.00.03 follwoing suggestion for your reference:
1. Submit a ticket form Thecus Technology Corp. - Thecus eSupport Center and we woudl provide some suggestion to update this N5200.
2. Or contact with your Thecus reseller for RMA service directly.

It keeps on rebooting, it does not freeze. Firmware Update via USB Stick does't work either.
I sent it back to the reseller and got an identical Maschine back in which i installed the hdd's . The new Maschine builded the raid as it should an all the data could be recoverd.
