I've set up a couple of 1U4500s previously, but I've just started working on configuring one that I can't get working.
The LCD screen mentions that the WAN is N/A. It is pingable by the 192.168.1.100 address, but is not recognized in the Windows Thecus Setup Wizard. When trying to reference web interface by IP, it does not respond.
I saw somewhere about upgrading the firmware from usb, but can't find specifics on how to do this.
Please advise.
