    No Power N5200 BR Pro

I'm sending my N5200 back to the seller as I have a no power problem. I've removed the 2 discs which I have set as Raid1
If I end up with a new machine how do I go about installing these discs as all my data is on them and I don't want to lose it.
Is it possible to set up the Thecus with discs already fully loaded with data?

    Thanks Gareth

Put the 2 disks in the new N5200 (take care that they are in the same position as they have been in the old one) and fire the N5200 up.

Re: No Power N5200 BR Pro

A little bit more detail plz,

The sequence of starting up the new NAS?
    - The right firmware (updating possible old firmware)
    - Config.bin for rebuilding the right config of the new Thecus (does this depend on the used firmware in the old machine?)
    - Putting in the "old" disks.

What is the right sequence for restoring the "old" Nas Disks in the new NAS? Does the sequence matter?

    Thnx in advance,

    OK - some more details:
    - if possible backup the config.bin from the old one
    - fire up new 5200 and check FW (config.bin can only be used on same FW)
    - if needed update FW on new N5200
    - power new N5200 down
    - insert the HD in the new N5200 (same tray as in old one)
    - fire up the new N5200
    - if same FW restore config.bin

the config.bin is not needed for raid information and for folder list, cause RAID information is stored on the HD itself and folder list is buidl up new every time the N5200 boots - but everything else is within the config.bin . The sequence matters, cause for the ACL the folders must be here.
