    Can't access non-public folders in N5200 Pro

I am a new user of N5200BR Pro. I can't access non-public folders from windows XP as a network place or as a network drive. The authentication windows popped up while I tried to connect as a network place. I typed the username and password, but the window keeps coming back with an additional string in front of my username. The string looks like my machine name (e.g. XPComputer\MyUserName).

I can logon N5200 through a web browser with the same username and password, but I got a message of "NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENY" when I click on non-public folders. Public folders can be accessed just fine through a web browser or as a network place (drive).

What do I need to do to access the non-public folders? Thanks for your time to answer in advance.
