5200 only spins down 1 disk

any idea how to fix this, the 2nd of 3 disks spins down after the 30 mins i set in power management the other 2 keep on going.

can you fix this ?

im using the latest firmware.

it must know its idle as it spins down 1 disk.

Dear Sir,

We just create a JBOD volume on V2.00.14, and it is working for HDD to spin down after 30 mins, thus would you please specify your configuration for us analysis for you?

im on raid 5, i have the default modules loaded + the info one.

only 1 disk spun down after 30 minutes. that shows me that it is detecting idle but not putting all 3 samsung 1tb into idle mode. this was confirmed by the disk status page.

Dear Sir,

If possible following steps for your reference:
1. Please remove all of the modules.
2. Change tht HDD POWER MANAGERMENT to OFF.
3. Change tht HDD POWER MANAGERMENT to 30 mins.
4. Reboot N5200 for system wiritng this configuration.
5. Waiting for 30 mins, and also remove the netwrok cable better.
