APC Back-UPS XS and N5200BR Pro

Hi, I have a APC Back-UPS XS UPS which I want to connect to N5200BR Pro. The UPS comes with a RJ45-USB cable. It does not seem to communicate with N5200BR Pro well. I have tried all the options. My best luck was the power status showed "AC". The battery status has been N/A all the time. Any suggestions or solutions?

Thanks. Works fine now. Do I need to disable the build-in one? or it doesn't matter.

I would assume that You have to disable the internal one to avoid conflicts - more informations are available at the thecususer forum - search there for the module name: http://thecususergroup.proboards106.com/
I don't use it for myself.
