    Dear Sir,

If verified the HDD both health and N3200 system still freeze or no response, please contact with your Thecus reseller/distributor for RMA/replacement directly.

    Re: N3200 Freeze

    Thanks,

According to the forum said, the problem concerns All the n3200. If I receive new n3200, it will be the same problem or it is solved on the new 3200 production ?

    Best regards

    Re: N3200 Freeze

    Dear Sir,

Accoring to the global RMA record showing the RMA rate below 1%, and every Thecus NAS must passed the burning in test before shipement to verify stability & quaility, if you get in trouble with your new N3200, please contact your Thecus reseller/distributoe for RMA/REPLACEMENT diectly.
And from the http://www.thecus.com/products_index.php, the N3200 in the SOHO field as like AS & NS HDD from Seagate, if need for company or business we would recommend to choose N4100PRO or above model.
