Firmware upgrade of 5200 fails each time...

Fimware upgrade failed.

I've tried to upgrade from v1.00.05 to the latest firmware v2.00.14.

As soon as I press "OK" to upgrade, a beep sound comes from the Thecus 5200 with the message "Fail - System firmware upgrade fail".

If I try to repeat the upgrade, the same happens.

When I press "about" in the menu, my Thecus N5200 no longer states which firmware it is, so I am afraid that if the power goes, the my Thecus N5200 will die...

Please help me....................!!!

Dear Sir,

Please try to updtae to V1.0.08 first, and than update to V2.00.14, if we can't upated to V1.0.08 seem this N5200 DOM have some issue, please contact with yout Thecus reseller/distributor for RMA to replace the DOM.
