No access to web interface after blackout

Unfortunately, we had a blackout last week. If I now try to access the web interface of the Thecus N2100, I only get an error message in the browser. I pushed the reset button for 10 seconds right after startup but it still would not work.
If I ping the device I get a response. I also tried to reach it through https by adding port :443 to the standard ip with no luck.

Is read about a USB patch to upload the firmware again. Is that true?

What else could I do to put a new firmware up? I have the latest version installed.

I would much appreciate your help!

Re: No access to web interface after blackout

    Dear Sir,

If went to reset N2100 to factory default, please refer to following link page 1~2 about N2100 simple diagnosis flowchart, and also we could hold the reset button up to 30 sec, if we couldn't see the WEB page to choose reset to factory default, please remove HDD and try again, otherwise we have to contact with your Thecus reseller/distributor for RMA service.
