I have joined the official Thecus forum (even though I see more traffic here), but I am unable to activate my account because the email link has expired by the time I get it. I have tried emailing support there, but no reply - So I'm trying here. Others are having this problem too.
Can the link expiry be made longer on the Thecus fourm please?

How does this help me? Should I contact Thecus support? Or is it possible you can tell your forum webmaster to increase the activation time on the email?

Okay, I've emailed support via the website - and I think the person has misunderstood me. I want access to the thecusforum.eu, not the esupport.thecus.com site.

I don't believe http://thecusforum.eu or http://thecususergroup.proboards106.com are actually controlled by Thecus.
As far as I know they are actually indipendant boards. Could be wrong though.
thecusforum.eu is the official european board operated by Thecus Europe based in Germany, however not visited very much from thecus staff
thecususer is a user board, independant from thecus

Thanks for clearing that up Peter. I don't visit thecusforum often, but I'd not noticed any real Thecus presence so assumed it was independent.
