download manager problem

I've been using the download manager and suddentlly I logged in to the admin panel and clicked "Download manager" and I just get an error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". All other areas of the admin panel work just fine.I've reset to factory defaults, done a hard reset (using switch on the back) and still have the same problem.
