N5200 roustor reboot issue

I have just bought this and installed the latest firmware (2.00.15).

Every time I power down or the it does a scheduled power down, when it powers up there is no configuration present (i.e. no disks, no RAID5, no data)!!

I can get the web interface. If I "reboot" manually everything comes back again.

This can't be normal can it?

Thoughts anyone?

I have submitted a ticket. I also notice the server is slow at delivering data over my gigabit LAN. I have tested other parts of the LAN and local hard drive. The issus only occurs from the Thecus over the LAN.

I think the unit may have faults and need replacements.

I have not yet heard back re Ticket ID: HDE-253192
