    Unhappy n3200pro - Media rescan failure

    I'm having a situation at the moment where clicking the 'rescan' button within the media server option in the control panel fails to provide an updated file list to my DLNA client. This is now failing around 50% of the time. Rebooting both the server and client doesn't help.

    Is there any other way to force this?

    If possible please sumit a ticket from http://esupport.thecus.com and your IP address, and we would arrnage engineer to checking what the cause on this N3200PRO.
