Powered on the system just now and it starts up ok, but now I have no access via the web interface, and the system says "RAID:None" (yesterday was RAID:Healthy". Needless to say I can't connect to the shared folder either!
what can I do?

Dear Sir,
Would you please provide more inforation as like model , HDD, RAID type and etc for us reference, or sumit a ticket from http://esupport.thecus.com for us analysis for you.
Hi, thanks for your response.
I've submitted the ticket which has all the details (WOU-686552).
I've also supplied a conf.bin file as I've heard this might be useful.
Thanks.
Just to update anyone else who has a similar issue:
Yvon from Thecus was able to remotely correct the problem, and I got all my data back, which was an incredible relief.
It seems that the root cause of the problem may have been down to dodgy firmware on a batch of seagate disks. I'm not taking any chances though, so I'm returning the disks (one by one) to seagate under the terms of their warranty.
