N5200/N5200PRO beta firmware V2.00.16

1. This is just a beta, not official release.
2. Fixed the issue that on cold booting, NAS could not detect Hitachi
E7K1000 and 7K1000.B drives.
3. Changed Samba version from 3.0.33 to 3.0.34 for Windows Vista with
MS Hotfix KB955302 installed.

Samba is still on 3.0.33 - the info from Thecus is wrong.
