password reset for Thecus N2100?

Hello,

This is my first post. I am trying to setup an N2100. I finally got it to appear on my network, but I cannot log into it during the initial setup. I am trying to use the default username and password (admin/admin).

I bought this device from a friend. Even though I put new hard drives in it, is his password still stored on it? Can I reset it somehow?

I've actually just tried to hold the reset button down while starting the box, but nothing appears on the webpage 192.168.1.100 when I go to it.

Am I doing something wrong?
