4100pro hard drive warning message

on my 4100 pro i have one hard drive that is showing warning. looking at the details i see the following...

Can someone tell me what this means? Should i be worried about this drive and try to replace it?

Why does the nas not email me when a drive goes into warning? I would prefer to know about this before the drive fails not after! I just checked it while i was looking at something else in the admin page. I usually dont login to the nas.
