M3800 Setup Wizard Drive Menu Disappears

When I first run the Thecus setup wizard (version 1.2.0) on Windows Vista all of the items on the left are listed:

    Device discovery
    Login system
    Network configuration
    Enable service
    Hard disks setup
    Change password
    Complete

As soon as the M3800 is discovered and the setup wizard goes to the "Login system" screen the two items "Enable service" and "Hard disks setup" both disappear.

It skips from "Network configuration" straight to "Change password" and that's it. After I change the password it gives me a status screen that says enable service and hard disks setup were both skipped.

    Anyone have this problem?

Ok at first I couldn't access the M3800 over the web... changed the IP address and now it works. Configured the RAID using the web interface.
