Please could one of the Thecus support guys chase up this Ticket number TVS-661161? I have a degraded RAID and want to know if I need to break and recreate it following the replacement of the failed drive (Hardware failure on a WD5000ABYS RE) - New drive not recognised so cannot add it (greyed out).
