    N5200 won't power up

I dusted off my N5200 today (I have since upgrade to the N7700) and powered it up with no drives. It worked great. Then I upgraded the firmware to the newest version. It rebooted and, again, it worked great. I powered it off, put a few drives in, turned it back on and -- nothing. The LCD flashes momentarily (nothing displayed), the fan twitches and.... nothing. I took the drives out, took the cover off to make sure nothing was loose and tried again. Nothing. Any ideas?

I unplugged all the drives. Same result.
