One touch copy failed

trying to use this function to copy from 1tb hdd(ntfs) with enclosure to n2200.
can anyone advise?

have 1tb hdd files that needs copy to n2200. this hdd is using an external enclosure with usb connection.
connect both n2200 and hdd via usb.
press on USBcopy button. it didnt work.
n2200 log displayed 'one touch copy failed'

Yoy may try to connect another USB and try copy files onto your N2200.
If it still doesnt work, then Please go to our Esupport and submit a ticket for our tech support team to assist with your query.

been told by thecus support (below) to wait for a firmware upgrade...

I'm still waiting since I reported this till now!!!..

Dear Sir,

We apologize for your inconvenience.

It is a bug to mount the USB HDD.

It is fixed in the next version firmware, and the new version firmware will be official released in next month.

Could you please try upgrade firmware to latest version first to see if issue improves?
