Migration Failed on a n5200 - no answer from TheCus support, why?

    Hello guys,

Last month I migrated my n5200 from RAID 5@4 x 500 Gb to RAID 5@5 x 500Gb. The system was almost 24h migrating and then it showed a Migrating Fail! message (scary!!)

I contacted TheCus support immediately as they had been very helpful in the past. In order to be able to help me, they told me I had to expose the server to the internet both for web and ssh. After some failing trials (my ISP blocks certain ports), I manage to get the configuration they requested ready for them to access my machine.

I have not heard from them anymore.

Please, has anybody else had a similar experience (TheCus support not answering email) ? Does anyone know what I can do for them to have a look at my server? I only need a diagnostic from them to decide what to do next.

    Thanks everyone in advance.

    pjb

    Hi,

TheCus support has finally helped me out with my n5200. I don't know exactly what happened during those 20 days but they have now been as responsive as they had been in the past.

    Thank you very much!!!

    Regards,
    panjaboy
