N7700 RAID Format Problem...help!

I just bought a n7700 Scan. I loaded it with 4 x Seagate 2TB drives that are on the compatibility list and set it off formatting over night in RAID 5. But it has now been running for 14 hours! This has to be too long for a RAID format? One of the disks is showing a orange light but the web client connects and shows no errors in the log (infact it shows nothing in the logs). It shows all the disks as OK and a CPU load of 0%?

54 hours in......still formatting. Can this be right? No indication of progress? Shouldn't the web interface say some thing more than formating? Also the Status mostly show the CPU at 0% and still nothing in the logs.

Not sure all is well? Help!
