N7700, 2 questions

I've got the N7700 running fine now for 2 months, and I've found 2 issues that maybe someone can help me with.


1. Seems MAC users often have authentification issues, they always have to reconnect to the device to change folders.

2. This one is more pressing, seems differential backups don't work, it always backups up the whole folder. We had no issues before when we were not using the N7700. We use Vertias Backup Exec to backup to tape and would REALLY like for differential backups to work.

Any tips?
