NSync folder larger than original

I have two N5200 Pro's, with one set to back up the other using nsync.

When I check the amount of folders in the nsynced folder it is 70+GB larger than the original folder.

Original Folder: 63,136 Files, 4,161 Folders, 584 GB

NSync Backup Folder: 68,710 Files, 4,678 Folders 653 GB

It seems that the nsynced folder isn't deleting files and folders that have been copied over. Is there anyway to check this without going through each file and folder individually?

My advice? Don't bother with nsync, use rsync. Peterfu posted a helpful guide somewhere in these forums a while back which should get you going.

nsync keeps deleted files on the target - this was introduced a while ago, but as far as I remember there is now the possibility to choose it.
As Splash already has written, I don't use nsync but rsync, cause rsync has a lot more flexibility

@Ivan: The main 5200Pro is on firmware 2.01.09. The back up box is on 2.00.16
