M3800 raid gone

I have M3800 with latest fw (1.00.05C).
After reboot RAID is gone (from LCD output RAID: N/A and also from web interface raid is not present).
I perform also a shutdown but no raid is present. I have 3 raid 1TB disks almost full (91% full).
I think that disks are ok because they are recognized in web interface (Model: WDC WD10EACS-00D Firmware: 01.0 power on 6813 hours without problems).
Do you have any suggestion?

I think I've read here that these raids have problems with full raids, like above 90%

Thanks for reply. Do you remember if you read the information in this forum?
I was searching also for a new fw (also beta without this problem) but none found.
