Unhappy Problem with Nas N5500, extending Hdd in Raid 5

I have the problem that I can not extend my volume on raid 5

I have 3 HDD on raid 5 and 0% unused.
If I migrate this to Raid 5 + 1 extra disk (same size as the rest) (total 4 HDD).
I have like 30% unused. normally I can change this by changing the volume box to 100%
But now comes the problem this part is GRAY so I can not put this 70% to 100%

if I start with 4 disks and making the raid 5 it works but I have already data on it and it is to match to put it somewhere else so this is not an option.

can some one help me please?

it is like I am the only person with this problem.
the n5500 firmware is up to date.
