probleme web interface n0204

hello

i have a big problème with my nas n0204

web interface is not accessible with 3 computer ( xp,vista or seven )

1) interface is grey and i dont click anithing

2) after reboot is accessible and not possible i put my password
i see anithing , look at this image

with ie or firefox a see this : (not possible to post url )

not acces with ssh and https ( no issue )

usb copy with the reset factory defaukt dont work for me

have you a solution, the nas have 2 day ( the first day ok ) now is out

ftp etc work , my friend download and upload files
the problème , i dont administra name or group of user and i dont have acces to the web interface

PS: with my iphone it's possible to see the web interface, i have the same problème
acces to interface ok and all interface is grey and i cant click anithing

what firmware version are you using? Is it the AJAX? if it is... your browser address will in something similar to

http://192.168.1.100/index.php

i use this solution of nederland sav ( thanck's nino-xbox of xavbox forum )
he as look this solution in a forum of thecus groupe

because the usb front are bugged and not possible to reset factory defaults

How to reset the MiniNAS N0204 to factory defaults (this solved the problem of my corrupted LogIn pages):

1) download the ZIP archive from Thecus server (link above)
2) unzip and copy these files to an empty(!) USB stick - keep the folder structure as it is in the ZIP.
3) turn off the N0204
4) remove hard disks
5) insert USB stick into the front(!) USB slot
6) power up the N0204 and wait for ~70sec for complete bootup (you may ping to check)
7) power down and insert the HDD - keep the USB stick still inserted(!)
8) power up again and remove the stick after ~120sec.

The N0204 is now reset to factory defaults, this includes DHCP is enabled.
The N0204 may come with a different IP if a DHCP server is reachable. If not,
it will switch back to fixed IP: 192.168.1.100 after ~ 60sec.
You need to scan the the N0204 with the Smart Utility in order to identify a DHCP assigned IP address.
When the utility has detected the the N0204 you need to run the full setup again -
this will not destroy your server content.

Please make sure that you have downloaded the most recent firmware (3.00.07F).
I have successfully performed the reset with both, FW 3.00.07E and 3.00.07F
(remember, you need to copy the firmware to the Smart Utility Folder and you need to rename it to: firmware_N0204 - no suffix).

The Smart Utility will detect your NAS, will run the full procedure
and the system should come up with a working login page (default passw.: admin).

Finally you need to configure the entire system again (ACL, Accounts, system etc).

Please note: I assume that the corrupted login page was caused by disabling the HTTPS service -
this is neither officially verified nor confirmed yet -
I recomment to keep it enabled as the default has configured it to.

the probleme in not solved

he has an other method non public ( nino want i publie here this method for all )
used à files: N2200_N0204_https_patch.zip ( file on the serveur thecus ) and not work for me

N2200/N0204 HTTPS re-enable patch

1. Extract "N2200_N0204_https_patch.zip" and put below files in the
root folder of an USB flash drive (FAT16/FAT32 formatted).

2009/11/30 14:05 0 THECUS.N0204.FAC
2009/11/30 14:05 0 THECUS.N0204.FAC.md5
2010/01/07 16:18 297 THECUS.N0204.PATCH

2. Insert the USB flash drive into the front panel USB port of N2200/
N0204. Wait for 5~10 seconds, and then press "USB Copy Button".

3. The HTTPS will be enabled, and then admin web GUI will be able to
login.

after this 2 methodes nino-xbox has download and used the browser safari for windows
he has see my admin panel and reconfigured all and activate http and https

That hasn't worked at all. Guess my 0204 is corrupt. Has anyone an Idea how to flash the unit direct? Something like an usb blaster and connect to the little motherboard and flash it direct?
Any hint is appreciated as my dealer said waiting time would be 2 months this is horrible...

but thecus smart utility does not recognize my N0204

i follow instruction with a PC without antivirus, firewall is disable.
