different cpus in N7700

hey guys... i just recently purchased a n7700 and was thinking about replacing the RAM and cpu in it. I was going to put 4GB worth of RAM and for CPU i was thinking of the following:

T7300
T7500
T7600
T7700

now i read bunch of thread here that mentioned that you guys had already tried the T7600 with success. my question is, has anyone tried the other processors that i have listed? the only difference between the T7600 and T7700 is the difference in speed... do anyone know if the increase in processor speed would be OK with the CPU cooling that is provided in N7700? any help would be really appreciated. thanks guys.
