any word on when they will relase an update to the BT module?

this release suppose to resolve USBCOPY function.

Nothing mentioned in the Release Note.

Pls confirm!!..been waiting for this for a LOOOONG TIME..

i tried this today but sorry to say it doesnt seem to be working, i asume its the same fault that other are getting

when i go to the usb copy module my usb device is not recognised, i have tried both the frount and back usb and also different devices, the devices are able to be copied from using the button on the box but i cant copy to the device

any ideas on this one?

Hi,

I think i screwed up the smart utility installation somewhere. Now, each time I tried to start the smart utility, it gives this message " An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down."

Any advice? Thank u

I can confirm that the USBCopy function has been fixed.

The USB copy function has disapeared on N0204.
On N2200, I see a specific module on the thecus website, but not it's not available on N204.

Do you think I can install the n2200 module on N0204?

On my N0204 running the latest firmware, I have full USBCopy functionality. I have the folder on the NAS and it is browsable and is also accessable via FTP.

I have copied 50+gb (from external drive to NAS) so far via the front USB port. It works great.

Right click the Smart Utility and select Run As Administrator. Should work perfect.

Hi, I am a power user with all privileges on a PC, but not an Administrator - any way to get rid of this error message in this case?
As I get this error message time to time. Interesting enough, that not every time, so I can copy files to this nice NAS, but suddenly some times this error happens.
