I have a N3200PRO with 3 Hard drives that are on the Thecus approved hardware list. Hard drives are setup for RAID 5. This N3200PRO has been working fine for several months but today it will not boot. When I turn it on, the HDD1, HDD2 an HDD3 lights are solid orange (they do not blink). The display shows "Booting.." But even after several hours it will not finish booting. Please Help.
