N4100Pro - can't log into private folder

Hello there. I am trying to create a private folder that is only accessible by certain users. I have already created the folder and edited its ACL to allow a user ("Superuser") in group ("Private") write access. When I try to map the drive on my XP box, a login in dialogue box pops up. I enter the username "Superuser" and the appropriate password. However, the dialogue box just pops back up, asking me to login again. I know the username and password I am using is correct.

Any ideas?

yes, I'm experiencing the same problem. Can't unleash my files on this product until resolved.
