Last email I had was on the 4th saying parts were received, thereafter nadda

In some cases, the replacement procedure and shipment of the replacement parts gets ahead of the updates. I'll check on it for you and get back with you. Can you send me your RMA number in a PM?

Looks like a) I was being impatient and b) the RMA system does proceed without updates as the replacement RAM has arrived this morning
