My Corsair HS1's just broke on me. The left side (mic side) joint to the ear cup has snapped clean off.
I purchased them via Scan.co.uk on 30th Jul 2011. Do I need to contact you guys or Scan?

You can file an RMA with Corsair using the link below. I cannot say if SCAN can assist you with this or not, that is their call so you will need to contact them.

Well the RMA dept. have got it now...
Your item, posted on 29/08/12 with reference </removed> was delivered in NETHERLANDS on 03/09/12.
Got email back today saying a package is being shipped back to me, and the RMA was accepted.
Got my delivery early this morning, thanks for the replacement which was the Corsair Vengeance 1500 Dolby 7.1 USB.
All sorted out very speedily, without any hassle whatsoever. Much appreciated!
