Need to find a detachable base for RCA L32WD12 tv

I purchased a display model tv that did not come with the base stand so I either have to find a stand or purchase a wall mount (which I don't want). I've called RCA to get this part and when I give them the model number they tell me that there are suppose to be more number/letters at the end but the back of my tv only shows L32WD12. I'm having a really hard time just trying to get the base stand for this tv....any suggestions

so based on that fact it is worth contacting them again (you may have got hold of a new staff member), but i would contact them online using: http://tv.rca.com/en-us/ContactUs.html
