Hi everyone
I'm about to embark on building my first PC and thought this was a good place to be.
Feel free to wish me luck - I think I'm gonna need it! :help:
LO all
John from Boston - the original - in Lincolnshire here.
Having always had a couple of years old hardware standard I have invested in all the new bits for a C2D based system which I'll be building next week (RAM was late...), having been on Athlon systems and home-brew since I upgraded my first 'modern' PC, a P166MMX several years ago (though I started with a ZX81 long, long ago....)
I've been reading the C2D and P5K overclocking guides as that's what I'll be doing next week with an E6850 and P5K-E WiFi AP + 2x1Gb OCZ Reaper HPC PC8500 - couldn't find any XMS2 of the same speed anywhere.
Hope to be able to contribute.

Hi,
We are a new user on Hexus and hope to share useful knowledge on the automotive forum.
I come form china, and sale date in internet. thedayforever.com
What can thedayforever.com do for you?
It's the first site about commemorative day.I regard the date as a sort of special collection. In some sense,You can buy the special date from thedayforever.com. Because I should offer the following service about the date for owner(the buyer of the date):
A. Have the ownership on the date,Print the certification of the owner online,As a sort of special collection ,the date is one and only in the world.
B. Gain an portal on the date in thedayforever.com,You can link a URL to your blog or another site.
C. Control the access for the URL,A URL-key will help you to finish it.
D. Manage the date's ownership. You can also transfer, sell and give it to others..It's full free.
Remember: Every date must be the only one that links to an URL.So the visitors will help to increase the visiting number of your site or blog largely.
Hi all, Tom from Ipswich.
Just joined the forums, but I've been using the review site for a while now, thought i may as well sign up. Also free delivery from scan is something i cant miss! Lol!
Also I like to think of myself as a bit of a hardware guru, so any questions about hardware and stuff I'll be happy to answer.
On a sidenote: I'm also starting a PC building business here in the UK, PM me if your interested.
Hi Tom, I would pm you, but you don't seem to have that option activated that I can see...
BTW used to live in Ipswich myself - 1974 to 1977. Was a nice place. :)
I think this thread has run it's course :)
Time for a fresh one, thread closed.
