    Hello

Hello i'm Paddy, I'm a graphic designer and AV artist. This means doing things from art instalations through to VJing and that kind of thing. I've got a few technical problems with a project i'm trying to work on at the moment so I'm hoping somebody might be able to help.
Bassically, I'm trying to create a system that will make i light bulb get dimmer and brighter depending on the volume level.
So far i've been looking for a way to up the power coming out of a standard amplifier speaker wires, but to no effect.
I've also been thinking of small low energy servos that could be powered by the amplifier that would in turn operate some kind of dimmer switch, thus allowing the bulb to take it's power from the mains.

If anyone's got any ideas how to do this please let me know.

    Many Thanks

    Cheers flibb

Been trying things like that for the last week.
Like you i'm no electronics engineer!

Got something working on three frequencies but it all feels a bit dodgy. Sparks and stuff.
    All part of the fun.
