    New member with a problem!

I have only recently found this community so may be in the wrong place, but here goes!
I have recently purchased new Mesh kit with all the factory supplied drivers and programmes. After several weeks I had a problem and the technical helpline assisted me to reload the operating system. Naturally I lost all data and the factory supplied functionality.
With the assistance of friends I have a working system again but I cannot get hold of the Cyberlink suite of programmes.
Will Mesh be able to supply me with an internet access or a disk with the data on?

I have tried the phone lines on the invoice but can never get through and I am unable to call premium rate lines as they are barred....
    Can somebody from Mesh assist?

    Simon
