Internal Card Reader Connection/Internal Audio Connection

Hi People,can anyone please help me with this problem,i have a internal card reader/USB hub/Audio hub and having problems connecting it to motherboard,the usb is easy enough and sure i know where audio is as well aoart from i dont know which pins go where! Also the card reader has 6 wires with letters on each wire.one is XTPBIP????
Can anyone shed any light how i solve this,mother board is a SiS 661FX from a ACER.
