Have a week old Mesh. No problems with hardware but recieved no Works disc, so no Office number (it's on the back of the works envelope i'm told), no sli bridge (don't need it at the moment but maybe later) and Cyberlink software is hanging, crashing and failing to start.
Phoned customer services and, after 15 minute wait, got very little help. They are going to send Works disc but nothing else.
