The current PSU should be fine.
As I got it for £39.98 from scan (Refurbished)

Only thing I am concerning about is the motherboard. As it doesn't come with DVD or Sata 3 (6) cables.

Where would I get the right ones from and cheap.

As to the budget increase I have found a way to get free cash..
Called SwagBucks. And earn Amazon or PayPal Gift Cards.
Managed to get up to £40 and should be able to get a little more.

I am doing your build but, with a little Compatibility Twist.

I cannot wait to Show everyone on here the complete build via Photos and a YouTube Video.

But yes that is bothering me as I personally haven't built a PC from scratch before.

I usually have 3XS to do it for me.
-Plus to what Cooler to get for the Processor. I personally would think a H100i but, thats me, but his budget is very limited. Any suggestions.-

Is there any compatibility Issues?
as we was thinking of adding watercooling to the processor.
will i have enough sockets for the fans that are inside the case and the watercooler. or is this not possible~?
