Dr Who.... pls share your feelings for Catherine Tate

I'm not sure.... I keep seeing her characters from her comedy show, and not the Dr Who character.

Am I alone? I dislike her more than I should...and I like the woman in her own program.

As I said in the other post on the new series I really hate her.

She seems to over act all the time and wants to constantly be centre of attention. The program is Doctor who not the catherine tate show.

THe last episode towards the end she was a bit more bearable when she was being serious but the rest of the time she seems to think the needs to put on stupid voices all the time!

I really can't stand that woman, she was wrong in the special, and she's still wrong in this series, the whole "if in doubt, shout" thing really pees me off, they could have easily given the part to an unknown, or just kept Freema in..

The only saving grace is that IIRC she's not going to be in the whole series.

I haven't watched this series at all. I just can't be bothered. The last few series have been brilliant but somehow having her as a central character puts me right off.

Her own show is bad enough but a she is completely inappropriate as the Doctor's companion.

I'm not a fan of her, Freema Agyeman was very good IMO - no reason to replace her!

I found the first couple of her own show to be reasonably funny, but stringing together a series using exactly the same jokes becomes tedious real quick.

I stopped watching Dr Who cos she's cr@p. Personally, I reckon they should bring Kylie back

I just can't watch it with Catherine Tate in it, it's just so.... wrong.
