Experia Z3+ - Still works - still does the job and very good camera on it!

I have been using a Sony Xperia Z which was second hand and worked well for a couple of years, but now won't charge.
Ordered a OUKITEL K6000 Plus 4G Phablet to get me through the next few years hopefully. Lots of ram and power storage.

Be Careful on the Internet! I ran and tackled a drive by mining attack today. It's not designed to do anything than provide fake texts (say!)
OnePlus 3 - 9/10 Amazing phone! Fast, excellent battery life.
moto G4 - cheap and cheerful £120 quid handset from Tesco (sim free!)
I cannot see the value in getting a £800+ phone just for calls, SMS and whatsapp where a cheaper handset is perfectly fine.
Oneplus 3T and love it.
Not a huge phone person really, the OP3 was to replace my old S3.
I'd never even heard of them until I was pointed in that direction by a friend.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Love it but I don't like the direction Samsung is going with its latest model.
That barely counts as a 'smart phone', its like comparing a abacus with a scientific calculator, light years apart in comparison imo.
I'm assuming your are of that age category, my uncle does a similar thing... but he goes one step further and turns the nokia on only when he needs it, otherwise it is turned of 95% of the time. Completely different generation.
'Smart phone' doesn't do the tech any justice at all, they are fully fledged computers and in a lot of instances have more power than most peoples computers/laptops/tablets.
I'm still with an iPhone, one up from the last time this thread was recycled. I ain't no Android sheep...
Wileyfox Swift
Pros: Runs everything I want it to very smoothly & reliably, comfortable size
Cons: Power button is a bit mushy
blackberry Q5. It does everything I need has excellent sound quality and takes reasonable quality pictures. I do not do Internet related tasks with it I don't play games or watch films on it simply a communication device and very good at doing exactly that, I love the keyboard.
S7 edge is my personal smartphone, and at the moment I don't see a better option to switch.
Hoping that the Note 8 would be true to what the rumors are about, and an instant buy.

LG G2 - Good but low storage
Probably, but not me. 10 years now, I think. Still going strong.More than three years have passed since we last asked this question, and we suspect many of you have changed handsets since then.
....
Erm, yup. This afternoon. And most days. In fact, last time I tried to leave home with it, it took me a good half hour to find the blasted thing.....
Can you even remember the last time you left home without it?
.
Which? Dunno. Some cheap, and I mean CHEAP thing....
So let's revisit the topic and ask: which mobile phone do you use? We'd be particularly interested in hearing why you chose that particular model, how you rate it, and whether or not you feel the need to upgrade anytime soon.
Ratings?
Features: 1/10
Durability: 10/10
Value for money: 999,999 / 10.
Upgrade: Not really. It makes and receives calls, and has a few memories for name/number. That's about the feature set I require. Size? Smaller/lighter than any smartphone I've ever seen. Battery? Lasted about 10 years, and is user-replaceable.
Thing is ... I don't use a 'phone' the way most peoole do. For me, it's a tool to make/receive phone calls, and that's all. And even that much, only when it suits me. One of the last things on earth I want, shortly after a terminal illness or nasty STD, is to be contactable 24/7. Such a notion is .... well, shudder.
So .... why upgrade? It ain't broke, so why replace it?
Nexus 6P, vanilla Android
Still using my Sony Xperia Z2, got it when it first came out. Was sorely tempted to to get the new Xperia XZ Premium on contract but then why pay GBP £46 per month (for 2 years) as opposed to GBP £8 per month on a rolling monthly contract. No brainer if you ask me, use up the money that I save to invest in updating my desktop PC, not that it needs very much since I don't do gaming.
