Bought 520HX and noticed one of the sata cables was faulty. Contacted Corsair and within 4 days received a replacement at no cost to me. I live in UK.

Thats very good but nothing more than you should expect when a new piece of hardware is bought and there is a problem.
btw. we also ship extra cables if necessary - just drop us an email and we will ship them out asap
So we don't have to pay HUGE prices on shipping from the US if we need replacement cables now?
I could do with a couple of spare cables too..it they're free?
here in Germany we handle it like this:
please send in an email to me with the invoice attached to proof that you are the owner of a corsair PSU. then we will ship the parts (according to your needs so please give us the reason) by mail to your adress.
I´d be pleased to check if we can offer the same for the rest of EU as well
