Hi can anyone help.
I bought a motherboard last August to put it a spare machine. Set up and installed windows and forgot about it.
Just decided to sell it as I neevr used it and installed a couple of games on and it started to run really slow. Boot times took 5-10 minutes etc. Then started getting verifying dmi pool errors that seem to resolve when I switch off then plug the stat cable in a different port. Have read that it could be hard drive so tried another and same happened again. Tried different sata cables but still get same error. I have also put latest Bios on still problems.
So I am pretty sure it will be the motherboard, but if I RMA it it will boot up and look like it is working so not sure what to do now. I had an asrock dualvsta before with all the same components but gave it to a nephew so he could use his old agp card hence the upgrade.
Any tips or do you think it would be best to RMA it ?
